I've learnt most of c++ but still I don't know where to start when trying to write a code let's say a chat bot code

then first learn more in depth because in order to have chat bot u need to have knowledge of Arrificial Intelligence or Dictionary concept so first learn more.. and here in sololearn u just learned the basics or u can say fundamentals..
