Do posting codes or asking questions result in adding XPs in sololearn?

Posting codes, asking questions: no, though you can get badges with it. And badges earn you extra XP.

Answering questions: generally the same as above, unless your answer is marked as best answer, then you'll get 10XP + 1XP per like

Go to your profile and scroll down. All of the stuff at the bottom increases your XP.

Don't quote me on this, but I think you only get XP from posting code/asking questions if you get upvotes on it. Otherwise the guy that asks us "which is better Java or C++?" about 20 times every day would already be level 17.
