what sample website do you recommend for me to develop as a beginner ?

I am new at web developing and i am still studying some basics like javascript and php.. i know much more on html and css. I want to create a sample website as a reference and also to practice my skills. but i don't know what is good.

I agree with @$Vengat ... there is many websites teach web development but you have to build foundation on sololearn ..
Then use W3schools and openclassrooms .
