The best one is the one that is used to create a real solution for a problem, the language is not ALL that matters, it's the use of the gun that counts, not the brand, IMO.

Depends on the problem at hand.
Some languages have strengths in some areas others at other areas.
Then there is also the subjective matter of which language you prefer.
