If you are new to both language it would be good to start with Kotlin cause it is Official Language for Android Development now. But if you search on Google you would find thousands of Android Application Development with Java tutorials on the internet. There is no complete tutorial in Kotlin for now. I suggest you to develop in Java first, then start with Kotlin as things would be very easy for you then
