why intel processors named as 3 5 7 i mean odd numbers but not even?? why??
From the Intel Community : The information on letters and numbers is not longer corresponding to a specific technical features or technology on the Products. This naming scheme is now divided as low-level units (Core i3), mid-range units (Core i5) and high-end performance processors (Core i7). These names were selected only for marketing purposes. And of course, it doesn't depends on the number of cores though. Please have a look here - https://www.quora.com/Why-did-Intel-name-their-processors-as-i3-i5-and-i7-instead-of-i2-i4-and-i6-or-i1-i2-i3-i4-and-so-on
they just divide it into 3 parts as dayve said just like lower i3 which for work and all and i5 for work and play and i7 for high end gaming that's all nothing to do with da even or odds
thank you for your information @dayve..
