Can i make a game by html js and css ????

can i make games with HTML, JS and CSS ??? if yes; what kind of games can be mafe and will they need some high performance devises to run them or will they work on any kind of smartphone.

Yes you can and it will run on all dvices, because javascript and html and css work on browsers and supported by all systems, and you can find lot of example in internet
