C# or C++

Which is better to learn first C# or C++ ?

As a beginner, the resources you use to learn are much more important than the programming language you end up learning with them. C++ may be more complex than C#, but they're both incredibly complex for a beginner

but after c++ other languages seems to be a little less complex.

I don't know about c# but c++ is complex but amazing to explore .

Both languages have a purpose. Both are usefull. The first op language is the hardest to learn. But the 2nd has a prepared road. It is possible to get later from c++ to c#. And from c# to c++. But to get in c# is easier than c++. And otherwise, if you are going to learn object oriented programming complete, you should learn c++.

C++ is procedural language but c# has complete OOP features . So My opinion you would started c# basic Console then go to forward pure Object oriented programming .
