What is the best way to learn proper formatting techniques for html layouts and css styling.

Question

I have started going through w3 schools to hope there is better info on standard practices but so far I haven't gotten what I was looking for. I have no problem with learning the scripting side (still lots to learn for Ajax and Json) but layout design is very different then what I am used to. Any tips for where else to look?

tbh i never learn formatting because i learned bootstrap and the docs indirectly taught me about formatting lol. if u want to learn css layouts, learn css frameworks instead. they are made for a reason to ease your life
