What should we learn first java or javascript?

They are soooo different. Either will do.
If you want to develop websites, then definitely JavaScript.
If you want to make games or apps, then go for Java.

I think you must read some about programming basics, concepts of logic, make some exercises, flow diagrams, pseudo code, understanding the basic structure if every language, that get you the knowledge for understand all programming languages
