Swift on windows

So as of lately Ive been trying to code swift on windows and ive seen a couple of solutions but i was wondering if anyone had tried Visual stuido 2017 and if thats an option? I have Visual studio code and thats alright but you cant compile, any other suggestions?

I don't think VS Comm works as an IDE for Swift programming. There is an extension for Swift in VS code, but nothing more than that.
