Protip to Better Responses: Before You Post, Read

This is an informal Q&A, not Twitter... 1. Nobody really cares you made bronze, silver, etc, you posted your first code, you got x followers. 2. Check if it's been asked. 3. Please don't double post. 3. Please don't double post. 3. "Help" is not a question, nor is any non-descript title. Specify language and problem, including code or a link in the body if needed and use meaningful tags. 4. Thank people who helped. 5. Don't spam or upvote your own post! 6. You catch more flies with honey than vinegar.

This thread will come in handy. How about, when Someone a question and answers their own for likes? Or When someone posts a question and ask for likes?

@Maart Yeah, It is strange. Sometimes its to get a badge. Most times I would ignore them, or like what you commented. Ask them why they gave a certain answer.

Don't make us guess what the error was. Copy/paste it. Clearly say what happened and what you expected to happen instead.

@Manual when someone answers their own question for likes and when you ask them about it they say 'What? I asked a question, right? This is for questions??'

@Maart && @Manual: Sometimes people answer their own question to "pin" info. I think Solo Learn should just remove that badge anyway. It's stupid. <whisper>Actually most of the SL badges are stupid IMHO. I got a badge for verifying my account and for posting a comment and asking a question. When I saw them I was like, "lol, wut" then I looked at all the badges and all I could think of was this is worse than Pokemon</whisper>. But don't tell SL I said that, they might kill my code XD

It's true others have made some of these complaints, but I thought I compress them and mine into 1 post along with what annoys me because yesterday, nearly every threads was either a duplicate or a non-descript title. I wish SL would pin a Rules post to the top (nobody reads the FAQ because people don't like to read) and delete more threads. Sadly @seamiki, you're right, maybe I should have said bees.
