Actually it is depending on the user and what he prefers to use .
notepad++,Komando,atom and brackets .
what you perfer not what's the best.

Notepad++ is THE best for _Windows_ but if you're on Linux use Sublime (or if you're a CLI enthusiast like me use nano or vim :-))
