OOP is trending now days so which language is better for OOP

oop is a concept, a way to work and to code, it is more or less the same thing in all languages that include the oop concept.

Ex : c++, python, Java ...
(i think that Java is a little bit different but it doesn't mean that a language is "better" than another for oop)
