Do you do challenges to win or to learn? Should it be more difficult to get to the next level ? I think so!!

I don't challenges, and I do few learning... appart from practice coding ^^

Haven't tried the challenges yet, the best way for me to learn has been working on my own projects, but I'll check them out sometime.
