well in simple language.. dynamic webpages are the pages that appear differently for different users or to different locations etc.. and static page that remains same for everyone and doesn't change unless modified by the developer.. for example: the Facebook login page is a static page.. and after you login in it.. you have your own credentials to login.. so after you log in it.. you will be able to see your profile and you can make changes to it.. you won't be able to see others profile to append.
