Question

how to make the website size compatible when minimize and open from phone or from website computer so it wont be shrink and messy?
when i make it from this code playground it looks fine to me from what i arrange the design but when open from notepad the result become messy or from phone
need suggestion XD

For this you need to write codes using Bootstrap. It is most popular framework for responsive pages.. Learn Bootstrap from W3schools.
