Is resting from coding and learning coding good idea if your getting frustrated and being lost?

So I'll choose how long I'll be away from coding and learning, until I get a response. I've always have took every comments seriously but, I'm not sure if I should come back because I was so frustrating and lost also kinda mad so I heard people say I should take a break, but I was waiting for a good time to and I also wanted to start a fresh week thank you guys. My goal is to learn Web Development. I am currently learning: CSS HTML (review)

No no, it's OK to leave it. It is a proper question which abides to SoloLearn Community Guidelines. It would be a good reference for people having similar issues. That aside, other people may have better advice than me.

IMO, your break should last not more than 8 hours of sleep. Can't solve your problems if your run away from them. Identify the source of frustration and work on them when you get back, recharged.
