Why do you code?

just curious to what drives most people, to get up and carry on coding and not get distracted for months.

For me, coding is a way to develop analytical and problem-solving skills. Being able to properly analyze a situation makes you see the world in a whole different perspective. You see that the possibilities are endless. Also, coding challenges you daily and the challenges keep changing and evolving; you learn something new every day. But mainly, because coding is just fun! :)
