Language required for making Android and iOS app

HTML,css, JavaScript other than these what language are required for making Android or iOS app, does it same language for iOS and Android app

For Android it's Java, for iOS it's Swift, can't see how you came up with HTML and CSS, that's web development

No, i think You need Java/Kotlin for android.
And swift for Ios.

This is what officially declared. Some people will suggest to use PhoneGap which uses "HTML CSS JAVASCRIPT" to develop android but they are not official and Companies are not gonna hire you as a android devs "Who uses HTML"

So do what is standard don't listen to rumors.
