What do you think of java as the first language to learn

I am a complete beginner in programming and I was wondering I made the right choice The reason I chose java is because I want to develop a game but I am having some difficulties in learning it So is it alright for java to be my first language or is learning other first language will make it easier to learn java

It's always difficult at the beginning, that's very normal. It is totally fine and all right that you've chosen Java as a start, especially since you have an objective behind learning it. Just keep on learning and don't give up at the first difficultly.

Look, since my opinion, consider that java not is indicate for begin to learn programming code, here my reasons: 1. Oracle discontinued the support for java for focus in javascript. 2.Much lines of code compared with other languages. 3.Its page official not is much explicit content. 4.Ides very slow, like example Netbeans 5.Overrated There many reason for why not begin with java for me. I suggest begin with c++ or javascript, there many documentation online for these. You decide, and good luck!
