[SUGGESTION] Should we start to give out a FELLOWSHIP of SOLOLEARN Certificate

Question

Certificate of Fellowship would be earned by people who gain some extra expertise or contribute on a unique level to the SoloLearn community.
People should be able to cast a vote when ever they think this posting or comment or question or oroblem solving etc has earned an extra merrit. So SOLOLEARN sjould add an extra button next to the Like/Don't Like and Best Answer, perhaps even the amount of best answers could be used to award this unique Certificate of Merrit in the Order of The Fellowship of SoloLearn
