How to show Images from Device in HTML?

How do i make an image show from my phone, using HTML?
Note* The image is saved on my phone. Not from the internet.

if you want to show the picture from your phone into a website, you can copy it to the webspace of your page and link it with img tag.
without connection of your phone to the internet, there is no possobility in my mind
