Any suggestions on vim

I use youCompleteMe plug-in with syntax highlighting. Any suggestions which will increase my productivity will be greatly appreciated

Use vim with tmux. The tagbar plug-in is also cool. Exuberant Ctags is also recommended.

Finish the vim tutor. Try and learn how to use vim without any plugins other than visual or syntax highlighty. if you find it better then install the plugin.
