What's harder making android apps or IOS apps?

Question

so what languages are for android apps and also for IOS apps and which language is harder to learn? My other question is what do you use to design the app like the layout, colors, formats, and like the boxes in the words etc.... because I want to make a baseball scorebook app or and also for a website but not sure how to start.

Android and iOS apps, so mobile apps.
You can learn Java for Android and Swift for iOS. Both are easy and both have their difficulties, as everything new that we have to learn.
Or you can learn JavaScript. And do both of the with React-Native or with Nativescript.
I prefer to make the Web app first and then the mobile version.
