The meaning of a great programmer is not only someone that knows the syntax of a language, but who can create an elegant solution for the challenge they are presented with.

Nothin' , or about nothin'.
Why?
Cause 1 guy can say I'm great ,other (more smart :D) will tell I'ma newbie - that's just about how they feel my knowledge (+sometimes compared to somethin' from their mind).
It's like to say somethin' is beatiful.
As for me it may be beatiful (spiders,yay,i love them),but for others it's WORST THING EVER HAPPENED.
Soooo....You know...it's just what current people think about it.
You can be great or beautiful for everyone.
