How do you bring up a websites coding?

You know how there's that specific keyboard command that brings up the codes of the website your on? Like the one you accidently press and you're like whoa what happened? yeah, it's just that I really wanna see how the coding works on different websites. Does anyone know that certain keyboard shortcut?

I dont know if there is, its differen't for each browser. Try right clicking and clicking inspect element.
