Hi @tayyab,

You need the integrated development environment (IDE) developed by Google for Android named Android Studio.

You have to install it and using the tool you can download the development kit for whatever version you want.

Then create a virtual machine, follow some android tutorial in Google's Android site and then run it.

After thant I suggest you to read all you can about android on Google's developers site to learn more about and be able to do more complex applications. Maybe you can read some book too.
