New questions for the challenge?

How often are there coming new questions? and is there a n editorial staff who proves that the questions from the factory are really correct? because sometimes i can find real trash posted in the factory. it is possible that an incorrect question is up voted many times!

Very good question there is def some issues with outdated and misleading question in html! I report them wheb I see them but they are still there! Below is a related post and an example regarding misleading questions.
