hello all .. I started learning programming from sololearn few months back and now I have good knowledge about HTML CSS JavaScript and PHP but I don't know how can I use this knowledge to get better at creating websites I have two of my websites developed from wordpress but I never learn to code as now I have learnt to code I want to make a customised that wordpress websites how can I get started thanks for all your help actually I am not typing I am just speaking so there are no full stops coming up sorry

Practice making completely hand-crafted websites without WordPress and that will set the stage for you to customize WordPress websites.

also, try to use developer mode(F12) when browsing good blogs or websites. Could be useful for reference.
