How comes some got 2000+XP on one cone and on the same one someone got less than 200XP?

Courses don't give you many xp. Publish codes, get them liked enough, initialize challenges, win in your chosen weapon/language and earb badges - that will boost your language-related xp (and your overall xp, too, of course).
