Another problem is the wamp icon stays orange.Should i uninstall wamp or no?

no look about services of mysql and apache.
look on services.msc if you dont have wampmysql or wampapache -> click left on icon -> hover on the missing service -> hover on service -> install service
if the twice are here, just click on restart all services in the wamp menu
