@Peter I don't see generic looking websites as something bad (always). At least when it is (for) generic web-site (or genertic use web-site). I don't need a site about my munitipality services (fort example... or site of my univercity) be a state-of-the-art very original wow-site with unusual design (eye gem). I'd prefer it to be standartized mostly, generic loking. So while bootstrap helps to get it and get it faster I think it's good (I'm not good with it yet, just tried a little bit twice).
