what is the best way to learn python gui and which tools i should use?

I want to learn python gui. but I can't find the best and easy tools. so guys help me.

I want to make an app that have a user registration and login. then user can save their personal doc, file etc online storage.

I use visual studio or pycharm. Python std lib is pretty good. What do you wanna do?
