Why C++ Is voted as the toughest programming language when it can be easily understood and implemented?

diversity in human thought. some people prefer Python some people prefer Java and the other prefer C++ maybe most programmer don't want to spend more time writing C++ code or its complex syntax (comparing to python). but it just preference.

if people could learn java or python then people should be able to learn c++. c++ is not hard I don't understand why they say its hard.

Higher level languages are more forgiving and tolerant to mistakes. That is bad if you notice it only in production of course but for some people it is an advantage.
