Follow the Python course here, but don’t rely on it completely. The information it provides is limited and doesn’t always explain things well. Read the user comments. They often help more than the course at times. If you’re still unable to understand the concepts, try using a search engine or watching a YouTube video. Then come back and continue with the lesson.

As a last resort ask question in the Q&A.

I use these courses only as learning learning path and take my time working through them to fully grasp the concepts. Because if you don’t, you’ll finish the course but still feel lost, as if you learned nothing, and you might want to take the course again. But from experience that is an unnecessary waste of time.
