login problem via phone

actually, i tried many times to login, but everytime it is responding message like 'Something went wrong. We could not complete the request. Please try again'

but when i login through my desktop browser, it is going well!

There could be a few things preventing this...
Firstly, check your internet connection. Good signal strength? What if you use another wifi? Mobile data?
Next, try clearing out your app cache. Reopen app. Still not working?
Try uninstalling and reinstalling. Still not working?
Email with screenshots and info to [e-mail]
