One of my friend download. sololearn but he cannot ask questions because he has bot activated is email so before he activates it I will help him to ask questions and I will make the question title Idris so who is with me

How is that related to being on the app / no in or from his email

I'm not seeing a direct connection between asking questions in the app ...

If he has questions he opens the app or can go to a browser and sign in to the sololearn desktop

No, just ask a question with the proper title and discription, adding your friends name is not needed.
