Why PHP course isn't found here? and how can I get the course on sololearn? I need that course, can anyone tell me the solution?

I don't believe there is a PHP course on offer at the moment, that's why you can't do it. You'll have to learn some other language and wait for the update, or look somewhere else.
There are some threads and codes here to give you resources for learning PHP.

Ya! You're right I'm learning other languages, but I have reason why I need this (PHP) course. I'll try to get another way. anyways thank you for your helpful advice and ideas!
