That sounds suspiciously like hacking/stealing/improper use. Not something we encourage or approve of, neither should you.
Normally, there are places which offer free WiFi for customers or visitors. Look for libraries, some fast food restaurants or even public squares and see if they offer that. Otherwise, ask some neighbours to borrow their WiFi...
