No. You will need to practice, create a portfolio, learn more scripting and programming languages and you will need to send a formal application.

Legend Boy987 You are going to need to know a lot more than just html. The chances of you getting in with the certificate alone are maybe close to winning the lottery. You are going to need a lot of experience so you can get in. I wouldn’t even think of applying right now. Maybe consider it after a year.
