Contact Sololearn by emailing [e-mail] or via the Feedback option in the main menu.

There is a post I read that you have to activate your pro subscription within the apps.

Here is the procedure, not sure if it is 100% correct.

From the hamburger menu, select SoloLearn Pro. And you will see options in there.
