You can use a web search for "royalty free stock images" to find such sites.
For example:
https://www.pexels.com/
https://pixabay.com/
https://www.vecteezy.com

You should ALWAYS check the license information and attribution requirements of each image that you want to use in your website, in order to avoid copyright problems.
Even if you can use something for free, you may need to show the original author and source (website of origin), either next to / below the image, or in a different section of your website.
