Why a lot of people copying each other?

I mean, there are a lot of code, which is copied from somebody else, who CAN code. I can't get it, why is it good for somebody. It's not a problem, if there is a comment with the original coder name. But, if somebody copy and paste a code exactly, i feel cringy....

As of the latest verdict, if your codes are copied and you feel violated, contact your nearest moderator for help. Mods will not be on hunt for duplicate codes, and we will need to be notified by users if they want actions to be taken. SL is coming up with measures to improve the situation on this issue, please bear with us at the meantime.

They think that other people have better codes, so they copy paste to get that code attributed to them, so they can get likes. It's all a social thing.

if the original author takes the time to write a header in his code, the attribution for his work will be present in every copy, unless the copier willingly deletes/edits the header: In that case the copier intentions are clear. As SL system is now copy of code is promoted between users: i'd prefere a forking system.

Really, people just shoot themselves in the foot by just copy/pasting the code. You can't learn that way. But in some cases it saves time and I'm not one to judge if you copy a function here and there if there's a deadline. Just got to make sure you know whats happening in the code and understand that bugs can come from lazy coding.

@seamiki but, when the copier not uses the 'Save As' function, just copy+paste she or he can delete and edit.
