I was wo dering the same thing but i found that If you click on the green 🔋icon that shows your practice streak, you can use your bits to extend the streak, which means itll give you a free day if you didnt get to practice that day. I guess you can also use the bits 🧊to refill your hearts ❤️ but only at the time of running out.
