The coding challenging found in solo learn platform(from medium to Hard challenge) can we add into our programming cv as real projects for Entry level job ? Also how our cv should be like for programmer as Entry level Elena Puzic Per Bratthammar Keith

I would suggest adding them to GitHub as one project with each challenge having its own folder and use the project link on your CV. You could do similar with other projects, whether your own or challenges from other sources such as hackerrank.com, etc.
