C++ vs C++ Introduction and Intermediate

Question

I just finished the introduction to C++ but I just noticed that there is a full course of just C++ that seems to have a little more lessons compared to doing the two separate courses. I'm just trying to figure out if I should just start over and do the C++ or just go onto the Intermediate course.
