Whom should I contact to resolve the streak issue?

Hello, I encountered a streak issue on 22.11.2023. As usual, I completed the lesson on my Android 10 device, and the streak showed 1689 days. However, the following day, the streak reset to 0 days. I reached out to info@sololearn.com, but I haven't received a response. Perhaps someone from the moderators can assist me in restoring my streak. Please help me to restore my streak.

Dmytro Novak , My streak breaks quite often because of a bug. I don't even pay attention to it anymore. It's nicer not having a robot telling me what to do anyway. I recommend it. The bug: I complete a lesson. My profile says I have met my goal today. I start another lesson on the same day but do not finish that lesson, choosing "lose my progress". My profile still says I have met my goal today. Next day, my streak is 0. I believe the bug is related to choosing "lose my progress", which should only reset the unfinished lesson but incorrectly affects other things as well. I also use the Android app, as you do, but I don't know if that has anything to do with it. I suspect the streak logic is on the Sololearn servers, not on the user's device. I reported it months ago, and they must have tried to fix it, because they later asked me if it was still happening, so I waited, and answered yes the next time it happened. I haven't heard more about it since then.
