Learn how to coding will become a hacker ?

i was wondering if we learned that all codes would become a hacker ? or we could build something crazy or change the world ?

not really.
You can be developer with good judgement and contribute to humanity.
hacker can change the world a little.
Developer and software engineer are the real hero behind all the advance software we enjoy today. (game, social network, google, etc)
hacker is not essential. it just an option.
