How can I get the badge resp. the circle with the star inside?

Hi, Is anyone able to explain how to get the circle with the star inside on my profile photo on the right? l'd like to get such a badge in bronze, silver or gold.

Do you mean the silver, gold, or plat circle with the star? It's just an indicator of level/ amount of XP achieved. It doesn't do anything. Not sure if it is still assigned to users.

well, then I guess we need to wait for their answer?

if this badge is still a thing, it should be assigned automatically. if it is deprecated, it is or will get removed for existing or future accounts.

I'd like to know why I do not have such a badge and how can I get such a badge with a bronze, silver or golden star. I also asked the support and Nana replied she will inform the development team. I do not understand her answer. Why the development team?
